Kalamazoo, Michigan. MEDIEVAL play heavy metal music...their history is well documented, so I'll spare you the drivel. 1984's All Knobs To The Right is heavy metal music, and it does not give a fuck. Nuclear War Now gave the band a proper reissue last year, but one listen to "World War IV" should help you understand why I wanted to make sure this made it into your earholes. I like to help.

How have I never heard these guys before? This is so catchy and cool that I'm angry at myself for only just hearing it. Thank goodness you aren't the loser I am, else I'd never have discovered this blast of pure metal fun.
A major influence on my first band Torment(1987-90),then in 2002 Subsanity did a raw cover of "The Plague" from the Medieval Kills LP (the song is only available on the cassette version on New Renaissance records) . This is real grunge before it became a hype word,this is metal and punk styles,imagery and attitude.
